Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Together with similar technologies such as local storage, they let a site remember information about you between page loads. This policy explains how RoomRadar NL uses these technologies and how you can control them, in line with the GDPR and Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet).

3. No third-party tracking

RoomRadar NL does not currently load advertising cookies, social-media pixels or third-party analytics scripts such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. If we ever introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your explicit, prior consent through a cookie banner and you will be able to refuse without losing access to the Service.

4. Managing cookies

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the Service cannot run without them — for example, you would not stay signed in. You can still:

  • Sign out from your profile page to clear the authentication session.
  • Delete cookies and local storage for our site from your browser settings at any time.
  • Stop receiving alert emails via the unsubscribe page or from your profile.

5. More information

How we handle the data behind these cookies is described in our Privacy Policy. For any cookie question contact privacy@roomradar.nl.

6. Updates

We will update this policy whenever we change the cookies or technologies we use and will revise the "Last updated" date above.
